CIS Summit postponed
The CIS Summit, scheduled for October 16, has been postponed and a new date has not yet been announced.
This is reported by TASS with reference to the Commonwealth Executive Committee.
“The meetings of the Council of Foreign Ministers, scheduled for October 15, as well as the Council of Heads of State, scheduled for October 16, are postponed due to the epidemiological situation,” the CIS Executive Committee.
The CIS summit was originally planned to be held in Tashkent. Uzbekistan is chairing the CIS this year.
