Train test runs on Sergeli metro line
Today, October 16, a test train from the Almazar station to Kipchak, the final station of the Sergeli line, was launched in the Tashkent metro.
As Uzbekistan Railways JSC reported, the launch of the train confirms the readiness of the track superstructure on this section.
“At present, the final construction, installation and finishing works are being carried out on the new line,” the press service noted.
The company recalled that the new Sergeli metro line and its construction sites will be commissioned on time by the end of this year, in accordance with building codes and technical requirements.
