Amendments have been made to Article 422 of the Tax Code, according to which the rates of property tax for individuals in 2021 have been established, Spot informs.

The rates, which were in effect in 2020, have been indexed by 1.15 times. This is due to the fact that for individuals the size of the cadastral value of objects of taxation (tax base), determined by the bodies that carry out state registration of rights to real estate in 2018, is preserved.
