Bukhara city prosecutor resigns
Bukhara city prosecutor Jasur Fozilov has resigned.
According to the Prosecutor General’s Office, he wrote a resignation letter at his own will. In December last year, Fozilov made an address to the President. Last month, before the visit of the head of state to Bukhara, a new prosecutor was appointed in the region.
Bukhara city prosecutor Jasur Fozilov was relieved of his post. The press service of the Prosecutor General’s Office confirmed this to Kun.uz, noting that the prosecutor wrote a letter of resignation at his own will.
The press service added that Fozilov remained in the personnel reserve of the Bukhara regional prosecutor’s office, but he “temporarily does not work”.
