Uzbekistan reports 144 more coronavirus cases

On March 25, 144 more people tested positive for coronavirus in Uzbekistan, bringing the total number of cases to 81,960.

According to the Ministry of Health, 115 cases were registered in Tashkent, 1 – in Bukhara, 3 – in Jizzakh, 4 – in Namangan, 13 – in Samarkand, 1 – in Khorezm, 1 – in Syrdarya and 6 – in Tashkent region.

Also, 83 people recovered from the disease in Tashkent yesterday, 21 – in Tashkent region and 1 – in Karakalpakstan. The total number of recovered reached 80,248.

Currently, 1,088 patients are undergoing treatment in hospitals, 191 of them are in serious and 85 – in critical condition.
