Uzbekistan, Hungary to strengthen bilateral relations, economic ties

Prime Minister of Hungary Viktor Orbán has arrived today on an official visit to Uzbekistan.

According to the press service of the president, during the upcoming negotiations at the highest level, prospects for further expansion of bilateral cooperation in the political, trade-economic, investment, financial, technical and cultural-humanitarian spheres will be discussed.

In addition, the parties will exchange views on international policy and regional cooperation.

Within the framework of the visit, it is planned to hold the first meeting of the Uzbek-Hungarian Business Council with the participation of representatives of leading companies in Uzbekistan and Hungary.

In accordance with the program, Viktor Orbán will also visit scientific and historical sites.

It is expected that following the visit, the sides will sign agreements aimed at further deepening bilateral relations in the fields of economy, energy, education and training, culture, employment and labor relations.
