Certain streets near mosques to be closed for traffic during Ramadan
In connection with evening prayers (Taraweeh) during the holy month of Ramadan, roads near mosques in Tashkent will be closed every day for the movement of vehicles from 18.00 to 23.00, the Tashkent city police department reported.
List of streets:
- Lutfiy Street (only from the side of the mosque, the opposite side remains open for traffic): from the intersection with Katta Kani Street to Katta Hirmontepa Street;

- Kukcha Darvoza Street: from Beshkayragoch Street to Nurafshon Street;

- Keles Street: from Noraztepa Street to Gulsaroy Steet;

- Kamolon Street: from Samarkand Darvoza Street to Bunyodkor Avenue;

- Al-Khorazmiy Street: from Katta Kani Street to Katta Hirmontepa Street;

- Korakamish-3 Street: from Korakamish-1 Street to Keles Yuli Street.

Depending on the situation, the temporary closure of other streets adjacent to the mosques is possible, the department said.
