Reason for shutdown of a power unit at Talimarjan TPP explained 

The shutdown of the power unit at the Talimarjan TPP occurred due to the movement of a truck that drove too close to the power line. 

At 22:17 on June 4, a short circuit occurred on the 220 kW power line (it lasted 4.7 seconds), which led to a decrease in the voltage of the 220 kW network to 35 kW.

The reason for the short circuit on the 220 kW power transmission line, departing from the Shurtan substation, was the approach of vehicles with oversized cargo to the 220 kW power transmission line at an unacceptable distance, the company Thermal Power Plants reported.
