Coronavirus: 199 new cases registered, 3 patients died

The Health Ministry reported that about 200 new cases were identified and nearly 300 patients recovered from the disease in the past day.

On June 7, 199 more people tested positive for coronavirus in Uzbekistan, bringing the total number of cases to 102,163.

According to the Ministry of Health, 110 new cases were registered in the city of Tashkent, 5 – in Karakalpakstan, 7 – in Andijan, 5 – in Bukhara, 4 – in Jizzakh, 19 – in Kashkadarya, 3 – in Navoi, 6 – in Namangan, 22 – in Samarkand, 5 – in Syrdarya, 3 – in Surkhandarya, 3 – in Fergana, 4 – in Khorezm and 3 – in Tashkent region.

The number of recovered stands at 98,129 and the recovery rate – at 96%.

Also, 2 patients died yesterday, the death toll stands at 699. 

Currently, 3,335 people are being treated in hospitals.
