Coronavirus and pneumonia: Nearly 1,400 new cases reported

According to the Ministry of Health, the total number of registered coronavirus cases has reached 131,079 (+863).

Reportedly, 105 COVID-19 cases were registered in the city of Tashkent, 87 – in Karakalpakstan, 32 – in Andijan, 23 – in Bukhara, 92 – in Jizzakh, 27 – in Kashkadarya, 21 – in Navoi, 40 – in Namangan, 89 – in Samarkand, 23 – in Syrdarya, 91 – in Surkhandarya, 89 – in Fergana, 49 – in Khorezm and 95 – in Tashkent region.

Also, 6 patients died yesterday, the official death toll – 886.

As of August 1, the number of recovered stands at 124,728 (+733).
