According to the decision of the Republican Special Commission, some quarantine measures have been relaxed in Uzbekistan.
According to the press service of the Health Ministry, in honor of the celebration of the 30th anniversary of independence, the Special Commission approved the proposals of the relevant organizations regarding the holding of concerts and entertainment events in open areas in Karakalpakstan, in the regions, as well as in the city of Tashkent.
The document emphasizes that this decision was made in connection with the improvement of the epidemiological situation in the country.
“Organizers of the festive events are responsible for ensuring that the visitors of the events strictly comply with the sanitary and epidemiological requirements, wear medical masks and maintain social distance,” the message reads.
It should be recalled that at the beginning of July this year, all types of public events, sports competitions, concerts, festivals, as well as the work of theaters and cinemas were suspended in the republic.
In addition, Uzbekistan lifted the ban on short-term visits with convicts serving sentences in colonies, as well as with detainees in pre-trial detention centers.
The above decision was also made in connection with the improvement of the epidemiological situation in the country.
