China remains Uzbekistan’s major trading partner in Jan-Sept 2021
In January-September 2021, China was the major trading partner of Uzbekistan, importing $1.8 billion worth of products and services from the republic.
According to the State Statistics Committee, the list of countries with the largest share in Uzbekistan’s exports include:
China - $1.8 billion
Russia - $1.5 billion
Turkey - $1.3 billion
Kazakhstan - $840 million
Kyrgyzstan - $562 million
Afghanistan - $487 million
Tajikistan - $337 million
Canada - $161 million
Ukraine - $142 million
Turkmenistan - $137 million
The foreign trade turnover of Uzbekistan during the reporting period amounted to $28.2 billion.
