Health Ministry reports 354 coronavirus and 6 pneumonia cases
On October 17, 354 people were diagnosed with coronavirus, 6 with pneumonia in Uzbekistan.

According to the Ministry of Health, the total number of registered coronavirus cases has reached 181,312 (+354).
Reportedly, 102 COVID-19 cases were registered in the city of Tashkent, 3 – in Karakalpakstan, 16 – in Andijan, 13 – in Bukhara, 10 – in Jizzakh, 5 – in Kashkadarya, 3 – in Navoi, 15 – in Namangan, 40 – in Samarkand, 10 – in Syrdarya, 3 – in Surkhandarya, 30 – in Fergana, 18 – in Khorezm and 86 – in Tashkent region.
3 COVID-19 patients died yesterday, the official death toll – 1,290.
As of October 17, the number of recovered stands at 177,213 (+327).
Also, 6 people tested positive for pneumonia on Sunday, bringing the total number of cases to 27,557. According to the Ministry of Health, 5 of them recovered yesterday (26,058 in total).
