Changes introduced to the state budget

The law “On the State Budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2021” has been amended.

As Norma reports, the forecast of income and expenditures of state trust funds and the Fund for Reconstruction and Development for 2021 has changed. The expenses of the Fund for Reconstruction and Development are 24,239,490 million soums.

Expenditures of state trust funds amount to 41,226,950.3 million soums, including expenses:

• A centralized fund for compensation of losses to individuals and legal entities in connection with the seizure of land plots from them for state and public needs under the Cabinet of Ministers – 273,000 million soums;
• State Fund for Promoting Employment under the Ministry of Labor – 759,000 million soums;
• Off-budgetary republican target book fund under the Ministry of Public Education – 208,752.3 million soums.

The forecast of income of state trust funds is 27,999,898.6 million soums.

In addition, the maximum amount of allotments allocated from the republican budget to distributors of budgetary funds of the first level has changed. In total, 160 616 670.5 million soums will be allocated to them from the republican budget.
