Uzbekistan and Russia to open representative offices of customs services in each other's territory
Uzbekistan and Russia may open representative offices of customs services in the two countries. The President of Russia Vladimir Putin has given relevant instructions to responsible Russian authorities to sign an agreement with the Uzbek side.

Putin instructed the country’s Federal Customs Service to negotiate with Uzbekistan and sign the said agreement on behalf of the Russian government.
The agreement ensures the interaction of the customs authorities of Uzbekistan and Russia for the implementation of mutual interests in the field of customs.
