The 5-star hotel was built in 2016 and is managed by an international hotel chain.

KPMG is involved in the trading process as a financial advisor, it will study the most profitable proposals. 

The hotel is located in the city center, close to the main attractions of Tashkent. The total area of the facility is 3.1 hectares, the area of buildings and structures is 60.1 thousand square meters.

The hotel consists of 8 floors and has 300 rooms, including 248 standard and 52 deluxe/semi-deluxe rooms.

It has several conference halls of various capacities, a banquet hall with an area of 850 square meters, an indoor pool and a SPA center.
