Uzbekistan considerably increases electricity generation

According to the State Statistics Committee, in January-November 2021, 63.3 billion kWh of electricity was generated in Uzbekistan.

Compared to the same period last year, the volume of electricity generation increased by 5.2 billion kWh (9.0%).

Provinces producing the most electricity in the country:

• Tashkent region - 23%
• Syrdarya region - 22.7%
• Kashkadarya region - 19%
• Navoi region - 15.8%
