COVID-19: Only 9 provinces registered new cases of infection on Jan 4
On January 4, 90 people were diagnosed with coronavirus in Uzbekistan.

According to the Ministry of Health, the total number of registered coronavirus cases has reached 199,361 (+90).
Reportedly, 46 COVID-19 cases were registered in the city of Tashkent, 4 – in Andijan, 4 – in Bukhara, 3 – in Jizzakh, 1 – in Namangan, 10 – in Samarkand, 5 - in Fergana, 9 – in Khorezm and 8 – in Tashkent region.
As of January 4, the number of recovered stands at 196,605 (+66).
