Uzbekistan increases footwear imports
In January-November 2021, Uzbekistan imported 3.5 million pairs of shoes from 46 countries for $12.8 million.

The volume of footwear imports compared to the corresponding period of 2020 increased by $4.8 million, the State Statistics Committee said.
During the reporting period, Uzbekistan imported footwear mainly from the following countries:
China - $5.4 million
Turkey - $4.0 million
Vietnam - $939 thousand
Russia - $544.4 thousand
Czech Republic - $453.5 thousand
Italia - $428.4 thousand
Indonesia - $246.3 thousand
India - $167.4 thousand
Kyrgyzstan - $99.5 thousand
Spain - $82 thousand
Portugal - $77 thousand
