COVID-19, pneumonia cases on the rise in Uzbekistan
On January 25, 1,174 people were diagnosed with coronavirus in Uzbekistan.

The Ministry of Health reported that the total number of registered coronavirus cases has reached 217,360 (+1,174).
Reportedly, 482 COVID-19 cases were registered in the city of Tashkent, 57 – in Karakalpakstan, 41 – in Andijan, 56 – in Bukhara, 37 – in Jizzakh, 30 – in Kashkadarya, 18 – in Navoi, 27 – in Namangan, 43 – in Samarkand, 18 – in Syrdarya, 46 – in Surkhandarya, 133 – in Fergana, 47 – in Khorezm and 139 – in Tashkent region.
4 COVID-19 patients died yesterday, bringing the official death toll to 1,549.
As of January 25, the number of recovered stands at 206,727 (+1,232).
Also, 114 people tested positive for pneumonia on Tuesday.
