Coronavirus and pneumonia cases on the rise in Uzbekistan
On January 27, 1,186 people were diagnosed with coronavirus in Uzbekistan.

The Ministry of Health reported that the total number of registered coronavirus cases has reached 219,663 (+1,186).
Reportedly, 503 COVID-19 cases were registered in the city of Tashkent, 67 – in Karakalpakstan, 33 – in Andijan, 43 – in Bukhara, 40 – in Jizzakh, 35 – in Kashkadarya, 24 – in Navoi, 21 – in Namangan, 50 – in Samarkand, 15 – in Syrdarya, 46 – in Surkhandarya, 129 – in Fergana, 56 – in Khorezm and 124 – in Tashkent region.
3 COVID-19 patients died yesterday, bringing the official death toll to 1,554.
As of January 27, the number of recovered stands at 209,417 (+1,399).
Also, 216 people tested positive for pneumonia on Thursday.
