Uzbekistan’s cement imports up
Last year, Uzbekistan imported 2.7 million tons of cement for $128.3 million, the State Statistics Committee reported.

According to the committee, the figure is 206 thousand tons more compared to 2020.
During the reporting, Uzbekistan imported cement mainly from the following countries:
- Kazakhstan - 1.1 million tons
- Tajikistan - 816 thousand tons
- Kyrgyzstan - 671 thousand tons
- Iran - 58.1 thousand tons
- Turkmenistan - 36.3 thousand tons
- Russia - 502 tons
