COVID-19: Total officially registered cases nearing 230 thousand
On February 6, 832 people tested positive for coronavirus in Uzbekistan.

The Ministry of Health reported that the total number of registered coronavirus cases has reached 229,628 (+832).
According to the ministry, 435 COVID-19 cases were registered in the city of Tashkent, 30 – in Karakalpakstan, 20 – in Andijan, 19 – in Bukhara, 10 – in Jizzakh, 27 – in Kashkadarya, 12 – in Navoi, 16 – in Namangan, 43 – in Samarkand, 6 – in Syrdarya, 41 – in Surkhandarya, 46 – in Fergana, 26 – in Khorezm and 101 – in Tashkent region.
2 COVID-19 patients died yesterday, bringing the official death toll to 1,586.
As of February 6, the number of recovered stands at 212,649 (+466).
Also, 134 people tested positive for pneumonia on Sunday.
