Bus with foreign tourists collides with a truck in Samarkand
The accident happened at night, during a trip from Samarkand to Bukhara.

According to the regional traffic police department, the accident occurred on May 22 at 01:00 in the village of Khalkabad, Ishtykhan district, Samarkand region. A bus with tourists, following the Bukhara-Samarkand route, collided with a KAMAZ truck.
As a result of the accident, the assistant of the bus driver died at the scene from injuries sustained.
One of the bus passengers, a citizen of Romania, received minor bodily injuries.
