Family kindergartens allowed to accept children under 3 years old
From September 1, if the number of children from families in need of social assistance and special contingent attending non-state family kindergartens is less than 70% of the total number of children, it is allowed to accept children from other families.
Also, it is allowed to allocate up to 4.5 staff positions to the positions of educators and assistant educators, while the subsidy for the wages of these workers from the budget is transferred directly to their bank cards.
In kindergartens operating on the basis of public-private partnerships, as well as family kindergartens:
• when calculating subsidies and compensations paid from the budget, children aged 3 years and older, but not older than 7 years and 8 months, are taken into account;
• admission of children under the age of 3 years is allowed with independent determination of the amount of the parental contribution.
