Ministries and departments with largest number of violations of the law in provision of public services announced

Over the past 9 months of this year, the largest number of cases of violation of public services was found in the public utility sector - 44,731.

The next places were taken by the cadastral service and construction departments, where 10,118 and 7,655 violations of the law were recorded, respectively.

This figure for the healthcare system was 4,830 and for local administrations - 4,755.

Earlier it was reported that in the last 9 months of this year, 99,883 cases of violation of the law were detected in the public services sector.

Of these, 81,458 were violations of deadlines, 7,115 - unlawful requests for documents, 4,593 - failure to provide direct public services, 2,113 - unjustified refusals, 10 - failure to comply with the legal requirements of authorized bodies and 4,594 - other types of violations.
