Uzbek migrants working in Orlov Oblast handed summons to military registration and enlistment office (video)
Citizens of Uzbekistan turned to the President for help.
The Ecocity waste processing plant, located in the Orlov Oblast, received an order about the need for the arrival of citizens of Uzbekistan at the military registration and enlistment office. A whole shift was removed from work – about 50 people, half of whom are citizens of Uzbekistan, the local TV channel reported.
On October 26, the Uzbeks, who received the summons, turned to the President for help. Compatriots are perplexed how it happened that they are called up for military service, despite the fact that they are citizens of Uzbekistan, and they just work in Russia.
