Uzbek students in Russia summoned for a conversation with security forces
Pskov State University students from Uzbekistan were called in for a talk with the security forces after they asked President Shavkat Mirziyoyev to send them home to study. The meeting was called “With hatred and xenophobia, we are not on the way”.

Earlier, Pskov State University students from Uzbekistan recorded a video message to President Shavkat Mirziyoyev with a request to transfer them to study in their homeland. After that, they were invited to a meeting with the security forces, the Telegram channel of students of the Budka Bars university said.
In the video, a group of students talk about the unstable situation in Russia due to the war in Ukraine.
After the publication of the video, according to Budka Barsa, they were invited to one of the university buildings to meet with the MIA representatives “on the political situation in the country”. The meeting was called “With hatred and xenophobia, we are not on the way”.
Earlier, emigrants from Central Asia repeatedly reported how their situation in Russia worsened after the outbreak of war and the announcement of mobilization.
