Based on the appeal of Turonbank JSCB, employees of the Mirabad district’s PGO Department revealed the fact of misappropriation of funds belonging to the bank.
It turned out that citizen J.D., who worked as a cashier at the banking services center, and other responsible persons, by providing deliberately false information, embezzled 347.5 million soums and $ 7,600 - the balance of funds from 10 ATMs, which the attackers registered as issued to the public.
On this fact, a criminal case was initiated under Articles 167 (Theft by misappropriation or embezzlement) and 209 (Official forgery) of the Criminal Code, investigative actions are underway.
