Tashkent citizen who organized mining farm in an apartment building basement detained
The man illegally connected 5 cryptoactive devices to the public power grid.

During an operative event carried out by employees of the Prosecutor General’s Office together with the State Security Service, citizen F.O., living in one of the apartment buildings in the 19th block of Chilanzar district, was detained, the press service of the PGO Department for Combating Economic Crimes reported.
It turned out that in the basement of the house, the citizen illegally connected 5 units of cryptoactive devices to the power grid, as a result of which he embezzled electricity worth 680.7 million soums.
On this fact, a criminal case has been initiated under Article 169 of the Criminal Code (Theft), and an investigation is underway.
