Aboveground subway to be built in Andijan
The president talked about this during the meeting with teachers. It is noted that the aboveground metro will be carried from the center of Andijan to the new town of Andijan.

“We are building the town of New Andijan, where 500,000 people will live. We also pay a lot of attention to the field of education there. We will run the aboveground metro from the center of Andijan to New Andijan.
Not only in New Andijan, but in all our regions, we will pay more attention to teachers and students,” Mirziyoyev said.
It should be recalled that in June 2021, the president gave an assignment to study the issue of building a subway to connect Andijan and the new cities of Andijan at a meeting with activists in Andijan region.
