Cases of illegal use of 30 million cubic meters of natural gas detected in April
Cases of illegal use of natural gas by CNG filling stations, greenhouses, production enterprises, catering establishments and other wholesale consumers were exposed.

In April of this year, it was found that wholesale consumers illegally used about 30 million cubic meters of natural gas, the Information Service of the Uzneftgazinspektsiya under the Ministry of Energy reported.
In April of this year, during the control activities carried out by the working groups, in 262 cases, cases of illegal use of 29.7 million cubic meters of natural gas by wholesale consumers were detected.
When the cases of illegal use are analyzed by consumer category, mainly:
- in 4 cases at CNG filling stations – 0.5 billion soums;
- in 3 cases in greenhouses – 0.8 billion soums;
- in 43 cases in production enterprises (asphalt, lime, gypsum, porcelain products, bakery products) – 10.8 billion soums;
- in 45 cases in catering establishments – 0.4 billion soums;
- by other wholesale consumers in 167 cases – 16.4 billion soums.
The formalized documents related to the identified cases were sent to the law enforcement agencies in the prescribed manner.
