According to the document, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Emergency Situations and the Ministry of Transport, together with other interested ministries and departments, were instructed to ensure the granting of permission to vehicles of category M2 (cars with up to fourteen seats) to transport passengers through the Kamchik Pass.
Minibuses can run through this route only in the period from April 1 to November 1 in the daytime.
There are several strict rules both for drivers (they should have at least 7 years of driving experience) and the condition of vehicles (cars should not have gas cylinders and must have navigational traffic monitoring devices).
