National Guard officers granted additional powers
Amendments were made to the Administrative Responsibility Code in accordance with the law signed by the President.

The National Guard officers were granted additional powers to consider cases of administrative offenses such as petty hooliganism, carrying a cold weapon or items that can be used as a cold weapon, involving a minor in committing an administrative offense, engaging in antisocial behavior, consuming alcohol in public places.
In addition, it became possible for the National Guard officers to draw up protocols on the above cases and send them to the court for consideration.
The law shall enter into force from the date of its promulgation.
