Tashkent court sentences a man who violated public order on board of plane to 15 days
The man, being in a state of intoxication, violated public order on board the aircraft.
According to the Main Directorate of the Department for ensuring security at transport and tourism facilities, on May 29, the Sergeli District Court for Criminal Proceedings passed a sentence on a citizen who had a conflict with the crew of the aircraft.
It is reported that the passenger, being in a state of alcoholic intoxication, violated public order and brought about a conflict with the crew of the aircraft flying from St. Petersburg to Tashkent.
At the airport, documents were issued for the man under Article 183 of the Administrative Responsibility Code (petty hooliganism).
By a court verdict, he was sentenced to administrative arrest for 15 days.
