Uzbekistan’s sugar production up
Over the past six months of the year, 332,600 tons of sugar were produced in Uzbekistan.
The volume of sugar production increased by 7.9% compared to the corresponding period of 2022, said the Statistics Agency.
In June alone, large enterprises produced 67.4 thousand tons of sugar.
Every month, the country’s sugar production amounted to 55 thousand on average.
