Uzbekistan Airways launching direct flights to Jeddah
Flights from Tashkent to Jeddah will be operated on a daily basis.
The national air carrier Uzbekistan Airways will start flying to the Saudi city of Jeddah from September 4, the press service of the airline reports.
Direct regular flights on the route Tashkent-Jeddah-Tashkent will be operated on Boeing 767 aircraft every day. The launch of the first flight is scheduled for September 4.
Flight schedule (local time):
departure from Tashkent - 19:05, arrival in Jeddah - 22:15;
departure from Jeddah - 23:45, arrival in Tashkent - 6:30.
At the time of publication, the cost of a one-way ticket without luggage starts at 4.84 million soums ($400 at the exchange rate of the Central Bank of Uzbekistan).
In addition, flights from Tashkent to Jeddah are operated by Flynas air carrier four times a week. Also, the private airline Centrum Air flies two or three times a week in this direction.
