Mirziyoyev meets with Erdoğan in Budapest
The leaders of Uzbekistan and Türkiye discussed current issues of bilateral relations.

Shavkat Mirziyoyev held talks with Recep Tayyip Erdoğanin Budapest.

The parties considered issues of further strengthening the comprehensive strategic partnership relations between Uzbekistan and Türkiye and expanding multilateral cooperation.
It was noted with satisfaction that the indicators of mutual trade are growing significantly, especially thanks to the Preferential Trade Agreement entered into force on July 1 of this year. The number of joint ventures has exceeded 2,500.
The sides welcomed the plans of leading companies of the two countries to implement investment projects in priority sectors.

The plan of bilateral and multilateral activities, including preparation for the next meeting of the joint Strategic Cooperation Council and the summits of the Organization of Turkic States and the Economic Cooperation Organization scheduled to be held this year, were also discussed.
