Another border post under construction on border with Kyrgyzstan

Construction of the "Uchkurgan" border post, which connects Uzbekistan with Kyrgyzstan, has begun in the Uchkurgan district of the Namangan region, UzA reports.
It is noted that similar work is also being carried out at the "Kengsay" customs post, located in the Kyzyltuu village of the Nookat district in the Jalal-Abad region.
The opening of this customs border post will provide great convenience for the residents of the Uchkurgan district and promote the development of the economy, logistics, and service sectors in the Namangan region.
The border customs posts "Uchkurgan" and "Kengsay" are scheduled to become operational this year.
