Uzbek-Kyrgyz government delegations discuss issues of border demarcation in Osh
A protocol was signed based on the results of the events. The next meeting of the working groups will take place on the territory of Uzbekistan.
A meeting of working groups of government delegations of Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan was held in the city of Osh on the work of the joint Kyrgyz-Uzbek demarcation commission.
The meeting took place from March 4 to March 8. The parties summed up the work for 2023, approved a schedule of meetings for 2024, discussed issues of demarcation of the Uzbek-Kyrgyz state border, the creation of demarcation maps and a special (general) geodetic network.
Based on the results of the events, a corresponding protocol was signed. The next meeting of the working groups will take place on the territory of Uzbekistan.
