Shavkat Mirziyoyev to visit Kazakhstan
The President of Uzbekistan will participate in the SCO Summit to be held in Astana.

Shavkat Mirziyoyev will visit Astana, Kazakhstan, on July 3-4, at the invitation of the President of Kazakhstan, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, to attend the next meeting of the Council of Heads of State of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) and the "SCO Plus" format meeting.
The summit agenda includes discussions on further developing multifaceted cooperation within the SCO and addressing urgent issues to improve the organization's activities. Important aspects of international and regional cooperation will also be reviewed.
Following the meeting, it is planned to adopt the Astana Declaration and documents aimed at expanding partnerships in various fields such as the economy, security, environment, energy, tourism, and many other areas.
During the visit, the leader of Uzbekistan will also hold a series of bilateral meetings with the heads of foreign delegations.
