The Competition Committee reported that signs of actions leading to an unjustified increase in product prices were identified due to non-compliance with existing regulatory documents in the formation of mineral fertilizer product prices produced by "Maxam-Chirchiq" JSC.
As a result, the prices of mineral fertilizers increased by an average of 10% to 15%.
Based on the above, the Competition Committee initiated proceedings against "Maxam-Chirchiq" JSC for signs of violation of the law "On Competition."
Additionally, this factor may directly affect agricultural enterprises (clusters, farmers, dekhans, etc.), potentially leading to an increase in agricultural product prices.
Previously, the Competition Committee also initiated proceedings against "Navoiyazot" JSC and "Lukoil" for artificially raising prices.
