Top 20 taxpayers in Uzbekistan named

Almost half of the taxes paid came from 10 large companies with state participation.

From January to May of this year, 2,187 large taxpayers paid 52 trillion 48 billion UZS in taxes.

Of this amount, 25.7 trillion UZS were paid by the top 10 large taxpayers with state participation.

Almost half of this amount is attributed to NMMC (11.4 trillion UZS). Next are AMMC (3.9 trillion UZS), Uzgastrade (2.1 trillion UZS), and Hududgaztaminot (2 trillion UZS).

More than 4 trillion UZS came from the top 10 large taxpayers in the private sector.

The highest amount among private sector companies was paid by Uzbat (1.3 trillion UZS), followed by Enter Engineering, Tashkent Tobacco, Capital Bank, Hamkorbank, Unitel, and ADM Jizzakh.
