Tashkent resident sentenced to 15 days for illegal crypto asset transactions
A man in Tashkent was arrested for 15 days for illegally selling crypto assets. He conducted his activities using his iPhone 12 Pro Max with the account "Maxbe6" on the Binance platform.
On August 13, the Chilanzar District Criminal Court reviewed the case against the man accused of illegally selling crypto assets.
He was charged under Part 1 of Article 155-4 of the Administrative Responsibility Code (Violation of Legislation in the Field of Crypto Asset Circulation).
According to case materials, during a preliminary investigation on August 6, it was established that the individual was involved in illegal crypto asset activities using his phone.
In court, the offender admitted his guilt, stating that he had been collecting and selling crypto assets through the "Maxbe6" account on the Binance platform, particularly through the "P2P trading" section.
The court ordered the confiscation and disposal of the offender's iPhone 12 Pro Max and sentenced him to 15 days of administrative arrest.
