South Korean company to establish EV charging station production in Fergana

During an official visit to South Korea, a delegation from the Fergana region, led by Governor Khayrullo Bozorov, met with representatives of AHA Co., Ltd., a company with expertise in education technology (EdTech), healthcare solutions, and EV charging systems.

Founded in 1995, AHA Co., Ltd. operates internationally, with branches in Japan, Germany, Kazakhstan, and the United States. As of 2024, the company’s market capitalization stands at $28.88 million, with an annual sales revenue of $55.9 million.

During the meeting, CEO Koo Ki-do provided an overview of the company’s operations and highlighted its modern production capabilities. He expressed interest in expanding into Uzbekistan and establishing a business partnership in the region.

Governor Bozorov assured AHA Co., Ltd. of the region’s readiness to provide the necessary infrastructure and support to implement their projects. Discussions also involved introducing the investment opportunities available to foreign businesses in Uzbekistan, particularly in the Fergana region.

The delegation explored AHA Co., Ltd.’s product exhibition, showcasing the company’s innovative technologies. The visit culminated in the signing of a memorandum of cooperation to produce EV charging stations and smart boards for schools in Fergana.
