Winter break in schools begins on December 29
Classes will resume on January 13 after the break.

The Ministry of Preschool and School Education has announced that winter break in Uzbekistan's schools will begin on December 29.
It was noted that to provide convenience for parents, students, and teachers, as well as to ensure continuity of the educational process, the winter break will run from December 29, 2024, to January 11, 2025.
In this regard, the classes scheduled for Saturday, January 11, 2025, will be moved to Saturday, December 28, 2024. The third quarter of the academic year will begin on Monday, January 13, 2025.
For students of higher education institutions, technical schools, colleges, vocational schools, and academic lyceums, the winter break for the 2024/2025 academic year has been set from December 25, 2024, to January 7, 2025 (including January 7). Classes will resume on Wednesday, January 8.
