President Shavkat Mirziyoyev to visit Hungary and Slovenia
President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev will pay official visits to Hungary and Slovenia from May 19 to 22.

At the invitation of Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán, the Uzbek leader will arrive in Budapest on May 19. His agenda includes high-level talks, as well as meetings with Hungarian officials and executives of leading companies.
The discussions will focus on expanding practical cooperation and strengthening strategic partnership between the two countries.
On May 21, President Mirziyoyev will take part in an informal summit of the Organization of Turkic States, to be held in the Hungarian capital.
On May 22, the president will visit Ljubljana, where he is scheduled to meet with Slovenian President Nataša Pirc Musar and hold talks with leaders of the country’s parliament and government. He will also attend joint business forums.
The meetings in Slovenia will address issues related to boosting mutually beneficial trade and economic ties, implementing cooperative projects in pharmaceuticals, industry, food processing, and textiles, enhancing cooperation in labor migration, and expanding humanitarian relations.
