Uzbekistan launches 2025/2026 university admissions campaign

The following deadlines have been set for applicants to state higher education institutions:

• Bachelor’s programs: Applications will be accepted from June 5 to June 25 via the interactive portal my.uzbmb.uz.
• Master’s programs: Applications will be accepted from July 1 to July 30 through the website magistr.edu.uz.
• Second higher education (second degree): Applications will be open from July 10 to August 10 on the portal my.edu.uz.

Applications for university transfers can be submitted from July 15 to August 5. The process differs based on the type of institution:

• Transfers between state universities should be submitted via transfer.edu.uz.
• Transfers from foreign or non-state universities to state universities are handled via my.uzbmb.uz.

Currently, Uzbekistan is home to 201 higher education institutions. Nearly half are public universities, over one-third are private, and about 15% were established by foreign countries.
