Uzbekistan national team drops in FIFA rankings
In the updated FIFA rankings, Uzbekistan has lost two positions.

According to the updated FIFA ranking released on January 19, the Uzbekistan national football team dropped two places, scoring a total of 1,462.03 points.
The national team currently ranks 52nd, positioned between Costa Rica (51st) and Peru (53rd).
In the Asian Football Confederation ranking, the national team is in fifth place. Higher-ranked teams include Japan, Iran, the Republic of Korea, and Australia.
Among Central Asian countries, Uzbekistan leads the regional standings. It is followed by Tajikistan (100th), Kyrgyzstan (103rd), Kazakhstan (114th), and Turkmenistan (137th).
At the top of the global rankings are Spain, Argentina, and France.
