How to find your PINFL
You may need this number when visiting a bank or a clinic, applying for a job or study, buying airline tickets, or paying taxes. In short, in any situation where you need to confirm your identity. This article explains what PINFL is and where you can find it.
Where to find PINFL on an ID card
On an Uzbek ID-card, the PINFL is printed on the back side in two places:
- Below the line Personal number
- As a 14-digit number on the right side of the first line from the bottom
PINFL — Personal identification number of an individual is used to identify a person and access passport data. It is assigned at birth and remains the same for life.
Where to find PINFL in a passport
In a passport, the PINFL is located on the second page with personal information. It consists of 14 digits and appears in the bottom line, in the lower-right corner. The last two digits in that line are not part of the PINFL.
How to find PINFL online
On the my.soliq portal, there is a service called “JSHSHIRingizni aniqlang” that allows you to find your PINFL. This option works if you remember your passport or ID card series and number. Enter these details along with your date of birth. No account login is required.
Other ways to find PINFL online
PINFL can also be found in personal accounts on government service portals and in some banking and payment apps. When you use these services for the first time, you may need to enter your passport or ID card details, provide your PINFL, or confirm your identity with a digital signature.
Once the data is saved, you can usually access it using a PIN code or fingerprint.
You can find PINFL in the user profile section of the following services:
- OneID — a system used to verify identity when accessing online government services.
- MyID app — an application for identity verification for online government services.
- Payment applications. Some banking and payment apps also display your PINFL
- On the Unified Portal of Interactive Public Services my.gov
- On the Tax Authorities’ Electronic Government Services Portal my.soliq.uz
How to get a PINFL certificate
The my.gov portal also offers the service “Obtaining a information about personal identification number of an individual” Employers or educational institutions may request this certificate for official purposes.
How to find a child’s PINFL
The PINFL of a child or other family members can be found in the Profile → My Family section on the my.gov portal.
A child’s PINFL may also be listed on the birth certificate if the document was issued after 2022.
If none of these options work, contact a passport office or a public service center.
